Westerton Road, Aberdeen

Design of the structural scheme required to achieve this new-build on an historic site in the Cults area of Aberdeen.

The structural works include a new-build steel-framed house with timber infill, detailed structural design checks on a feature stair of plywood construction and design of detached garage. Detailing included reinforced concrete columns, beams and cladding panels/ We also retained the existing stone walling which forms an integral feature of the boundary design.

We worked with Brown & Brown Architects on this one and the project was built by Coldwells Build. Feature stair detailing and manufacture by Angus & Mack.
