House for a Chemist
Design of the structural engineering scheme forthis bold extension to a traditional sandstone villa by the coast.
The structure is a combination of load-bearing masonry, steelwork and timber kit.
We used Revit to create our 3D structural model for the project, from which we extracted our structural drawings and detailing to ensure that all junctions had been resolved and thought through at an early stage to avoid any surprises on site.
